A topic that has been discussed and investigated in the author's previous book, which was published by Ghamam publishing house, titled "Dictator's food and food". Safir publishing house, which has published the collection of the silent lines of history, paying attention and focusing on the unseen points of various historical narratives, and so far, the books born in East Germany and the ballads of Uncle Anwar from this collection have been prepared and offered to the audience and history enthusiasts.

In explaining and introducing the cookbook in the Kremlin; From Rasputin to Putin, the building of an empire with cutlery, the young author of the book should be introduced first. Witold Shabowski is a Polish writer, journalist and reporter who studied journalism and political science in Warsaw and Istanbul. The period of living, studying and working in Istanbul for Shabovsky led to cooperation with the Turkish-language unit of the CNN network in Turkey, which provided Shabovsky with extensive travel and spending in that geographical and cultural region. Later, these work experiences led the young Shabowski to return to Poland and start working in one of the most well-known news networks in his hometown. This type of news and journalistic work took another form in April 2019, and Shabovsky continued his work on the radio, which was the subject of life narration in the text of his travels. Dealing with cases such as honor killings in Turkey, the unsuccessful assassination of Pope John Paul II, the first interview with the Prime Minister of Burma, and of course his house arrest during a period of his life made Shabofeshki receive more attention and recognition from international institutions, and many awards were given to him in recognition of his activities.

Shabowski's first book was published in 2010 with the English title The Assassin from Apricot City and won the PEN Award and the Beata Pavlak Award. Two years later with the article "Open that way, fatherless!" He touched on an important issue: the migration of Albanian people to the countries of the European Union following the fall of communism in Europe and the closing of the borders of European countries to Albanians. In order to fully fulfill his duty as a journalist, Shabovski went through the unpleasant experience of crossing the border illegally, and this had an effect on the text of his article becoming closer to the text of the lived reality of Albanian immigrants.

On a trip to Cuba, Shabowski further explored the crisis of communism around the world. The result of this trip was Shabovsky's experience of living in Cuba with his wife and writing a book in the form of Nadastan. Shabovsky continued to write dancing bears. In this book, the policies of the European Union and the communist system were seriously criticized by Shabovsky, and of course the book was well received by the public and was nominated for the book of the year in many polls and lists of critics.

After the publication of Shabowski's other book in 2016, which made the massacre of his Polish countrymen the center of his narrative and report, as well as a new edition of his first book, the author went back to his young career and, in an innovative move, put cooking and politics in an interdisciplinary context. The result of Shabovsky's work was two titles: food for dictators and cooking in the Kremlin. In these two works, Shabovsky has reached the peak of his maturity in writing and has used all his journalistic experiences and his keen eye on history and politics in combination with observations and field studies in the places of these two books in the best possible way.

The subject of the book Cooking in the Kremlin is a pure example of this kind of handiwork in the world of literature. Witold Shabowski, the Polish author and the name of this book, dedicated his youth to two different but inseparable paths. In the middle of the third decade of his life, after completing a chef's course in Copenhagen, he turned to serious work in the field of journalism, and his invaluable work over the course of two decades led to the praise of the international journalist community, and he received awards including the Richard Kapuschinski Award, the European Parliament Journalism Award, the Beata Pavlak Award, and the British Penn Award. At the beginning of Cooking in the Kremlin, Shabovsky invites his audience to an exciting journey in the heart of Russian history: "The recipes in this book are presented only for these ingredients and cooking methods. "The publisher is not responsible for any allergies, health issues you may have that require care, and adverse reactions you may have to the recipes, whether you prepare them as described in the book or modify them to suit your dietary needs or personal taste." Cooking in the Kremlin is Shabovsky's latest book, which, after its release and the amazing success of its two previous titles, has become the food of dictators and dancing bears in the book market.
