Reaction to the World's Biggest Volleyball Rumor
Comments by some Polish national team players about Michał Winiarski as the ideal successor to Nikola Grbić have fueled speculation about the future of the team's bench; however, Aluron Warta Zawiercie head coach is currently paying no attention to these rumors.
According to "Varzesh Se", some Polish volleyball players consider Michal Winiarski, the current head coach of Alorun Warta Zawierce, to be the ideal replacement for Nikola Grbic in the national team of this country. This made Winiarski react to these rumors in an interview.
Barthelemy Bolage, the Polish national player, has announced in an interview that Winiarski will be a natural and worthy successor to Gerbic. Many experts have highly praised his technical performance.
Winiarski, who himself was a former player of the Polish national team and the world champion with this team, has been leading the Alorun Warta Zawierche club team for four years now and managed to win the Polish championship with this team. He also has three years of successful coaching in the German national team.
Winiarski stated that these speculations are only hypothetical, because there is no discussion about Grebic's departure at the moment.
"I am a person who focuses on my daily work. Every year I face new and big challenges. I am very happy and proud of the achievements of the Polish national team. The way the team is doing now is good for all of us. "So, to be honest, I don't think about it at all."
In the end, referring to the volatile nature of the coaching profession, he added: "I am aware of the realities of this job; "Sometimes one incident or one point on the field determines whether you are a good coach or a bad coach."
