In a report, the country's Accounts Court addressed the mechanism of "application of exceptions" in the Ministry of Privacy and the creation of a monopoly in the import of mobile phones.

According to the report of Ambassador Arjan, according to the announcement of the Court of Accounts of the country, since 1403 until now, the implementation of a tasteless and unjustified mechanism of "application of exceptions" in the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade, without having clear rules, has provided the basis for the creation of a monopoly in the process of importing the same-way telephone and its concentration in the hands of four specific companies.

In this regard, in one paragraph, a custom registration worth more than 96 million dollars, equivalent to more than a quarter of the allowed quota, was granted without observing the legal ceiling and without including the 8-digit basic identifier and code of the goods and only based on the formal commitment to build an agricultural and industrial complex, while according to the investigations carried out, the said project had no physical progress.

This regulatory body recognizes that the way exceptions are applied is contrary to the law, causes discrimination among importers and disrupts the principle of competition, and pursues the reform of the aforementioned mechanisms in accordance with legal regulations.
