Nico Paz's Story: How Fabregas Turned Former Real Madrid Talent into a Monster

Nico Paz, the young Como star, spoke about the role Cesc Fabregas played in his remarkable development.

According to "Varzesh Se", this 22-year-old player has established himself as one of the best young talents in Serie A during his time under Fabregas in Como.

In the summer, Como made Paz's contract permanent by paying Real Madrid an amount that is said to be 60 million euros. The club also removed the 9 million euro buyout clause in the previous contract with this transfer.

The Argentinian international has started the season well and has scored one goal and registered one assist in the seven matches he has played in all competitions. Paz spoke about his move from Real Madrid and his relationship with Fabregas in an interview with UEFA's official media, parts of which were published by Tuttomarket.

"He taught me almost everything," he said. When I came here, I was a young player from the Castilla team. I had played a few matches for Real Madrid's first team, but in the end I was considered a second team player of this club in a lower division.

Being here and playing in Serie A, the highest level of Italian football, allowed me to develop a lot both as a player and as a person.

All this was thanks to Cesc who trusted me and brought me here. From day one, he let me play the way I wanted and gave me a lot of freedom. I learned a lot from him. "I think the player I am today is all the result of his efforts and influence."
