Rasht- The mayor of Rudbar stressed the necessity of honoring the health workers and said: nurses are a symbol of commitment and sacrifice in the way of protecting the health of the society.

According to reporter Mehr Amir Kazemi Fatalaki, along with the members of the Islamic Council of the city and accompanied by the governor, Imam Juma and a group of officials of the city, attended Hazrat Waliasr (AS) hospital, met and talked with the nurses and medical staff, and appreciated their valuable services and efforts.

In this meeting, the mayor of Rudbar honored the effective role of nurses in promoting the health of the society, reducing the pain of patients and providing medical services in difficult conditions by donating flower branches and congratulating on the blessed birthday of Hazrat Zainab Kobari (PBUH) and Nurse's Day.

Referring to the valuable position of the nursing profession, Kazemi Fatalki stated: Nursing is a manifestation of humanity, commitment and self-sacrifice, and the peace and health of citizens is largely due to the tireless and compassionate efforts of the medical staff.

He added: "Nurses, with their patience, responsibility and continuous presence in the front line of service, play an essential role in caring for patients and improving the quality of health services, and their efforts deserve appreciation and honor."

In the continuation of this meeting, the nurses and members of the treatment staff of Hazrat Waliasr Hospital (AS) expressed some of their issues and concerns while appreciating the presence of the mayor, the members of the Islamic Council of the city and the officials of the city.
