Tractor's Acting Head May Return to Stadiums Early Following New Decision on Omid Alishah

According to "Varzesh Se", the disciplinary committee's decision to suspend two sessions of Omid Alishah's four-session ban has raised the question of whether Khodadad Azizi can also use the same path to return to the Premier League early.

The manager of the Tractor football team, who faced a four-month ban from the country's football stadiums after the sidelines of the team's match against Golgohar Sirjan, is now in a situation where it is possible to file a request to suspend part of his ban.

Omid Alishah was banned for four sessions after the events of the Tractor and Golgohar match, but the disciplinary committee of the Football Federation agreed to the request of the Golgoher club and suspended the remaining two sessions for six months.

This decision, which was adopted based on Article 107 of the disciplinary regulations of the Football Federation, can also draw attention to the Khodadad Azizi case.

On September 15, Khodadad Azizi was sentenced to a four-month ban from participating in football stadiums in the country. After two months of this suspension, if the legal conditions are met, the question is whether he can request a suspension of the remaining two months by submitting a request to the disciplinary committee.

According to the provisions related to the suspension of the execution of the ban, it is possible to suspend part of the punishment after half of the ban period has passed. However, the use of this possibility depends on the legal conditions and the decision of the disciplinary authority and does not mean an automatic suspension of the disqualification. For this reason, if Khodadad Azizi's request is accepted, he can return to the stadiums earlier than the scheduled date.

But the suspension of the ban does not mean that the punishment is definitely forgiven. In case of committing a new violation during the suspension period and issuing a sentence, it is possible to enforce the suspended ban and this issue can be added to the new punishment.

However, until the possible request of Khodadad Azizi is reviewed and the official decision of the disciplinary committee is announced, it is not possible to announce his definite return after two months.
