The CEO of the Judicial Electronic Service Center announced the unveiling of seven smart service platforms and the activation of nine more platforms in the coming weeks.

According to Ambassador Arjan Mohammadreza Soltani, the CEO of the Electronic Judicial Service Offices Center, referring to the unveiling of seven intelligent judicial service platforms and plans to activate nine more platforms in the coming weeks, said: artificial intelligence will reduce in-person referrals by facilitating the provision of simple and repetitive services, but it will not replace electronic judicial service offices.

Stating that smart platforms are designed to provide basic, simple and standard services, Soltani said: a significant part of face-to-face visits were previously dedicated to performing repetitive services, which now have the possibility of providing them intelligently.

He added: complex cases, specialized legal advice, contract preparation, identity authentication, electronic signature, uploading documents, case follow-up, execution of judgments and services related to peace and reconciliation are still provided through judicial electronic service offices.

Artificial intelligence training using 10 million documents

Referring to the infrastructure used in this plan, the CEO of the Center for Judicial Electronic Services said: 10 million documents and 1 million declarations have been used in the training of artificial intelligence.

Soltani also pointed out that this ecosystem was created without government expenses, and considered this action as a step in the development of intelligent judicial services.

He stated that the digitization of simple services can provide an opportunity to increase the demand for specialized and consulting services, and added: the easier people's access to basic services becomes, the possibility of more accurate follow-up of legal issues, prevention of disputes, and receiving specialized advice will also increase.

Judicial service offices become comprehensive service centers

Emphasizing the necessity of redefining the role of judicial electronic service offices in the era of artificial intelligence, Soltani stated: the judicial office of the future is not just a place to type and register requests, but should become a center for problem solving, providing digital services and supporting people who are limited in using smart systems.

He added: The elderly and people who have less legal knowledge or digital skills will still need human support, and offices can be the point of connection between people and smart systems.

Referring to the activity of more than 1,300 offices across the country, the CEO of the center of judicial electronic services said: in-person support of platforms, identity authentication, electronic signature, consulting and providing specialized services can provide the basis for the development of services and the creation of additional income for the offices.

In the end, Soltani announced the readiness of the Electronic Judicial Service Offices Center to cooperate with the Statistics and Information Technology Center of the Judiciary, and emphasized the need to improve the skills of the activists in this field and move from simple services to specialized services.

He pointed out that the goal is for judicial electronic service offices to become comprehensive judicial service centers and, along with the development of smart technologies, maintain their role in providing reliable services and support to the people.
