Feral Interactive announced the release of Hitman: Absolution for the Nintendo Switch 2 console.
This stealth game, which was first released in 2012, is available for Nintendo Switch 2 console owners with graphical and technical improvements to have a better experience of Agent 47's adventures.
Hitman: Absolution – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition will be released on October 22, 2026 (October 30, 1405). The price of this version at the time of publication is $39.99, but those interested can purchase it at a discounted price of $29.99 until November 5, 2026 (Aban 14, 1405).
One of the most important changes in this version is the increase in image resolution in manual mode and connecting to the dock; Also, a new graphics mode with a focus on enhanced performance is planned, targeting 60 frames per second in both modes. Animations and visual effects have also been improved so that game environments are more detailed.
Other new features include support for Joy-Con 2 controllers in mouse mode; A feature that can make control and aiming easier for some players. These changes, along with technical improvements, are supposed to improve the experience of the Switch 2 version compared to the initial release of the game on the Nintendo Switch.
Contracts mode will also be available from launch day. This section allows players to design their own missions and share them with others so that other players can compete with each other for better scores.
The good news for owners of the original Nintendo Switch is that they can upgrade to the new version for free for a limited time. The offer will last until November 5, 2026, after which the upgrade package will be available for $9.99.
The best Hitman, in my opinion, who is open to Hitman, Hitman is a precious version, a very beautiful version of a masterpiece...
With that music, the first menu of the game is a masterpiece
Seriously, if you switch from Hitman Bladmani or Hitman 2 Silent Assassin to Hitman Absolution, this game will give you a lot of fun in the beginning, but the downside is that the game is not stealth at all and full of weaknesses and ridiculous story plots.
