Moscow, October 16. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the creation of a security zone will not be a subject for discussion.

During a visit to an auxiliary command post of the joint force, the president noted: After the Ukrainian invasion of the Kursk region of Russia, the Russian forces were not only obliged to expel the enemy from the Russian territory, but also to create a security zone, and this task is being successfully carried out.

Putin emphasized: "Our task is to ensure the absolute security of Russia's border regions in the future, and we are not going to make this issue the subject of possible peace talks with Ukraine."
