Trump's 2024 election campaign focused on reducing prices for voters. But the war with Iran led to an increase in the price of oil, which has led to an increase in energy costs across the United States.

The President of the United States has acknowledged that a war with Iran may cost him in the mid-term congressional elections in November.

Ambassador Arjan's survey was conducted between October 9 and 12 (October 17-20) with the participation of 1,202 eligible voters and with a margin of error of 2.5 percent.

The US mid-term elections will be held on November 3, 2026. This election will be held in the middle of the four-year presidential term, and all 435 seats in the House of Representatives and 35 out of 100 seats in the Senate will be voted on.

In this election, in addition to congressional races, governorships and state assemblies and a number of local positions are also voted in many states. The result of the mid-term elections determines which party will control the House of Representatives and the Senate, and in this way, it can affect the government's ability to advance its programs in the last 2 years of the presidential term.
