A Turkish media wrote: SpaceX has imposed a speed limit on the moving Starlink terminals, and this action has disrupted Ukraine's military operations last night.

According to the selection report, this restriction imposed on the StarShield military package cuts off the connection when the terminals go over 100 miles per hour (about 161 kilometers per hour); A move that effectively disables satellite communications in high-speed vehicles and drones.

The Ukrainian defense forces say that they had not received any warning before the restriction was imposed, and that this action "led to the disruption of a number of missions".
