Zanjan - The Director-General of Meteorology in Zanjan Province reported continued atmospheric instability in various parts of the province through the end of the week, saying the precipitation system will intensify on Tuesday.

In a conversation with Mehr reporter, Mohammadreza Rahmannia said: According to the latest meteorological maps, the sky of the province will be clear to partly cloudy before noon today, but from the afternoon we will face cloud growth in most areas of the province.

He added: With the increase in cloudiness, the conditions for the occurrence of scattered showers and thunderstorms will be provided in some areas, and these instabilities will continue with different intensity and weakness until the end of the week.

The Director General of Meteorology of Zanjan province, pointing to the possibility of strengthening the activity of the rainfall system on Tuesday, stated: Forecasts show that the probability of precipitation and its intensity will be higher on this day than on other days of the week. However, in general, the predicted rainfall in the province is not expected to be significant.

Referring to the issuance of a yellow level weather warning for the province, Rahmonia noted: Due to the possibility of scattered showers and thunderstorms, it is necessary for the citizens and relevant agencies to follow the weather announcements and take into account the safety recommendations.

Chance of relatively strong winds in the afternoon

The Director General of Meteorology of Zanjan province continued, referring to the wind situation in the coming days, and said: During this period, especially in the afternoon hours, the wind will intensify in some areas of the province and its speed may reach a relatively strong threshold.

He also informed about the gradual increase in air temperature in the province and added: It is expected that the temperature in most areas of the province will increase by the end of the week.

Emphasizing the need to pay attention to the weather changes in the coming days, Rahmonia stated: Although the expected rainfall will not be significant in total, there is a possibility of showers and thunderstorms in some areas and strengthening the activity of the rainfall system on Tuesday; Therefore, it is necessary to follow the weather announcements and follow the safety recommendations.
