According to Ambassador Arjan's report, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov warned that any country may be the target of the color revolutions that are planned by Western countries.

He also pointed to the consequences of the military presence of the United States and other NATO members in Afghanistan and said that the bitter legacy of two decades of occupation of this country will cast a shadow on the region for a long time and efforts should be made to overcome its consequences.

Lavrov made these statements at the joint security meeting of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, the independent states of the Hemsud and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization regarding the security of Central Asia and Afghanistan.

He said that Western countries have been trying to create centers of tension around Russia's borders for years.
