Kremlin on Kyiv's war with Trump, attacks on data centers, protective measures

Dmitry Peskov stressed that the harsh remarks by the Kyiv regime toward U.S. President Donald Trump will not help Volodymyr Zelensky.

Moscow, October 14. /TASS/. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Russian officials were in contact with businesses about the Kiev regime's attacks on data centers.

He noted that Russian companies are taking measures to protect themselves from attacks by the Kiev regime.

Peskov also stressed that the aggressive statements of the Kiev regime to US President Donald Trump will not help Volodymyr Zelensky and will not help speed up a peaceful settlement.

TASS has collected the key statements of the Kremlin spokesman.

Russian officials are in touch with business about the Kiev regime's attacks on data centers: "The country's leadership is certainly thinking about these problems, and the government is talking to business."

Russian companies are taking measures to protect themselves from attacks by the Kiev regime: "All companies are taking measures to ensure physical security, although these measures are obviously very complex and relatively expensive."

The harsh statements of the Kiev regime to US President Donald Trump do not help Volodymyr Zelensky and speed up a peaceful settlement: "The [negotiation] method of the representatives of the Kiev regime is well known to us and the whole world. I don't think that a gun with the US president will help the Kiev regime in any way. Achieving a peaceful solution is without doubt."

The possibility of holding bilateral and tripartite meetings in China

A trilateral meeting in China between Russian President Vladimir Putin, US President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping would be very beneficial, but it is not clear whether the leaders' plans will match: "There is a common view that it is good to have such a meeting. But we still don't know how coordinated the plans of the leaders are and we still don't know what the agenda of such a meeting will be. However, there is a common understanding that would be very helpful."

It is unlikely that nuclear arsenals will be on the agenda of such a meeting, if it is held: "Nuclear arsenals are not an appropriate topic to raise."

Moscow respects Beijing's position that China's nuclear arsenal is currently incomparable to those of Moscow and Washington: "You know that our Chinese friends believe that their nuclear potential is currently incomparable to the nuclear capabilities of Russia and the United States." They believe that there is no issue for discussion. This is China's position and we respect it. Therefore, it is unlikely that this issue will be discussed in a tripartite format.

A meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his US counterpart Donald Trump has yet to be agreed, but if it takes place during the APEC summit in China: “No, not yet. "But if they happen to be together in China, then it is safe to assume that such a meeting will be discussed."

Reports of Starlink slowdown for Ukrainian military

There has been no official statement from the United States about the slowdown of the Starlink service to the Ukrainian armed forces, so it is too early to draw conclusions: "How do we know this? It's just very scattered information. "What if..." In fact, there is a lot of information that shows that there are limits to providing intelligence information and early warning about our missile launches. But on the other hand, there are statements from Washington that the assistance will continue."

"We have to wait for some more or less specific information here."

We do not know what the United States has done. How can we speculate about what it can or cannot do? "We have not heard any official statements from representatives of [Elon] Musk's company [which owns the service], nor have we heard any official statements from representatives of the Kiev regime on this matter."

"We have heard [President Donald]'s statement that the aid is continuing. Let's analyze the information as it comes and not jump to conclusions."

In response to the question of whether Moscow participated in these consultations, the Kremlin spokesman answered in the negative.

Russia did not participate in the negotiations on the settlement package for the settlement of the Ukraine conflict, which was allegedly prepared by Washington, and so far has no plans to participate in trilateral talks on this issue. Subject: We do not expect them at this time. You know the president said, "After Ukraine tried to interfere with our election, we're going to think about when to resume the trilateral talks."

Moscow will decide whether to resume trilateral talks on the Ukraine settlement with Kyiv and Washington in the future, fully in line with Russia's national interests: "We will do it fully in line with our national interests."
