By adding a hybrid Lamborghini Temerario to its fleet of super-fast cars, Dubai Police once again drew the media's attention to the city's special approach in equipping its patrol forces.

After the Uros, Huracan, Aventador and Roelto models, the famous collection of UAE supercars has hosted the latest St. Agatha product. This action is carried out in direct cooperation with the local authorities and the official representative of Lamborghini in Abu Dhabi and Dubai to show a different face of the security fleet.

Special Mission Lamborghini Temerario Hybrid in Dubai

The body of this supercar is decorated with the symbolic white and green design of the police, and special badges with English and Arabic writings are engraved on it. The 4.0-liter twin-turbo eight-cylinder engine along with three electric motors produces a total of 907 horsepower and 900 Nm of torque, but this car will not be used for highway pursuits. The main focus is on patrolling in the tourism police department and presence in high traffic areas and main attractions of Dubai.

Brigadier General Saeed Al Hajri, Director General of Criminal Investigation Department of Dubai Police, announced: "This luxury patrol fleet combines an effective security presence with community and tourist interaction." He pointed out that these cars strengthen the sense of security and show the closeness of the police to the community.

Comparison of the Italian police supercar and the UAE version

The UAE isn't the only country using Italy's latest raging bull hybrid. The Italian State Police also unveiled its own version of this supercar a while ago, which has completely different missions.

The Italian version is prepared for urgent emergency situations, including the rapid transfer of transplanted organs across the country. Italian police trained drivers are allowed to exceed the speed limit of 130 km/h with this car. During 22 years of cooperation between Lamborghini and the police of this European country, more than 200 transplanted organs have been moved and the lives of many citizens have been saved.
