Shahid Rajaei Festival in Alborz to Be Held on October 18

Karaj – The head of the Alborz Management and Planning Organization said that continuity of services, speed of service delivery, and innovation in providing services to the public are among the most important indicators for evaluating executive agencies at the Shahid Rajaei Festival.

Tawheed Shirizad, head of Alborz Province Management and Planning Organization, in a conversation with Mehr reporter, announced the holding of Shahid Rajaei Festival on Sunday, October 26, and said: In this festival, the top executive bodies of the province are introduced and honored based on last year's performance evaluation indicators.

He further stated: Shahid Rajaei Festival is held with the aim of evaluating the performance of executive bodies and to appreciate the collections that have provided more effective services to the people during the past year.

Referring to the special conditions of the activities of the agencies during the war period, he added: continuity of service provision, speed of service delivery and innovation in providing services to the people are among the indicators that have been taken into consideration in the evaluation of executive agencies.

The head of the management and planning organization of Alborz province stated: The evaluated devices have presented their performance documentation and after reviewing and comparing the results and exchanging opinions with the administrative and employment organization, the best devices have been identified.

Referring to the determination of about 10 to 12 indicators for the evaluation of devices, Shirizad said: The performance of the collections included in the relevant circular was checked and finally about 10 to 12 devices were selected for appreciation.

He continued: administrative bodies and state banks are included in this evaluation; However, collections such as municipalities and military forces are not included in the list of institutions included in this period.

The head of the management and planning organization of Alborz province added: Shahid Rajaei festival will be held at 9:30 am on Sunday, October 26, in the area of Shahid Sayad Raisi bridge or B1 bridge.
