Referring to the absence of a prominent cultural center named after Ferdowsi in the birthplace of this great poet, Hossein Mesgarani stated: Despite the celebration of Ferdowsi in the village of Pazh, no cultural center, library, or landmark that specifically operates in the name of this great sage has been established in this village.

He added: "At the beginning of this year, this issue was raised with Pourmohammadi, the head of the country's management and planning organization, and we suggested that Ferdowsi's house be built in the birthplace of this sage, so that the field of introduction and promotion of his ideas can be provided more than before."

General Director of Culture and Islamic Guidance of Khorasan Razavi stated that the Ferdowsi House should be more than a monument and have cultural functions, and clarified that: provision of a library, holding of Shahnameh reading classes and implementation of scientific and research programs are among the capacities that can be considered for this collection.

Mesgrani also emphasized the necessity of handing over the management of this complex to the people and said: "It is very important that the Ferdowsi House is managed by the people and not just by the government." In this context, the village head of Pazh village or the Shahnameh reading association can assume the responsibility of managing and implementing the programs of this center by observing the established frameworks.

Pointing to the necessity of the participation of various institutions in the realization of this project, he noted: We hope that with the help of experts, thinkers and institutions such as the Housing Foundation, the ground for the construction of this complex will be provided. Regarding the construction site, there are also suggestions that can be concluded with the participation of the villagers and the elders of the village.
