824 Land Ownership Documents Issued for Housing Projects in Darab and Jannatshahr, Fars

Head of the Roads and Urban Development Office of Darab County announced the issuance of documents for national housing and youth population projects in Darab and Jannatshahr, saying: For Project 800 in Jannatshahr, 604 documents have been issued, and for Project 817 in Darab, 220 documents have been issued.

The head of the Road and Urban Development Department of Darab informed about the receipt of documents for national and youth housing projects in the cities of Darab and Janatshahr and said: 604 documents have been obtained for the 800 plan of Janatshahr and 220 documents have been obtained for the 817 plan of Darab.

According to Ambassador Arjan, Hamid Kermani, the head of the Road and Urban Development Department of Darab city, announced this news and said: In continuation of the implementation of the national and youth housing projects in this city, the ownership documents of the residential units of these projects were obtained and provided to the applicants.

Explaining the details of this action, he clarified: 604 documents have been obtained in 800 Janatshahr project and 220 documents have been obtained in 817 Darab project.

Kermani considered the provision and delivery of ownership documents as one of the main demands of the applicants for housing support schemes and added: by obtaining these documents, a big step has been taken to stabilize the ownership of the units, increase investment security and the confidence of the applicants.

The head of the Road and Urban Development Department of Darab city added: the total number of documents obtained in the two mentioned plans reaches 824 and the process of completing the files and providing services to the applicants will continue according to the schedule.

Appreciating the cooperation of related institutions in the city, he emphasized the continuous follow-up of the process of obtaining documents for other ongoing projects and expressed hope that with inter-departmental synergy, the legal procedures will be completed and documents will be delivered to the applicants more quickly.
