Heydari: Sepahan Aims for Championship

Isfahan – The head coach of Sepahan's youth Zurkhaneh team said: 'We hope that, with the support of the club and the team's efforts, we can perform successfully in the semi-final stage and ultimately become champions.'

In a conversation with Mehr reporter, Alireza Heydari said about the conditions of this team: high coordination, self-confidence of members and purposeful planning in training have prepared our team for a strong presence in the semi-final stage of the league.

He added: "The team is in good condition and all the athletes are technically well prepared. The exercises are followed with more intensive and targeted planning so that while maintaining the readiness of the team members, minor defects in some items can be removed.

Heydari stated: The coordination of Sepahan athletes is at a high level and we believe that we have better conditions in this field than the other teams present, considering the regulations of the competitions and the importance of coordination among athletes, we have tried to strengthen this feature more than in the past.

The head coach of the Sepahan youth powerhouse team said: The most important thing in the upcoming stage is the self-confidence of the team members. Fortunately, all the athletes have good self-confidence and follow their training with high motivation.

He continued: In the recent trainings, with the implementation of specialized and effective movements by the coaches, the coordination of the team members and the quality of the movements have improved, our focus is on the athletes to be able to show their abilities in the best way in the conditions of the competition.

Heydari pointed out that we monitored the nutrition, sleep and other factors affecting the health and physical fitness of the members, and noted: This has helped the athletes to be in good condition and have the necessary preparation to participate in the competitions.

The head coach of Sepahan said: We have evaluated the performance of the present teams in the previous stages and we are aware of the strengths and weaknesses of the competitors, with this knowledge and considering the favorable conditions of the team, we will do our best to achieve the championship title.

He considered the support of the Sepahan club and the provision of suitable conditions for training and camps to be effective in increasing the motivation of the athletes and added: We hope that by taking advantage of this support and the team's efforts, we will be able to perform successfully in the semi-final stage and then achieve our goal of winning the championship.
