Mehdi Chamran, Chairman of Tehran City Council, in response to a question about the provision of 4 million Tomans to mothers with newborn children in the municipal budget, said: "Ceshmoroshani" project is not planned in the current municipal budget, but the resources available to the mayor will be used for its implementation, and the plan will be submitted to the council for final approval.
