Ownership of Semnan Industrial Towns Secured With Issuance of 230 Deeds

The CEO of Semnan Province Industrial Towns Company said that 230 ownership deeds related to the industrial towns of Garmsar and Ivanaki have been received.

CEO of Semnan Industrial Towns Company said: 230 ownership documents related to Garmsar and Ivangi settlements were received.

According to the report of Ambassador Arjan of Semnan Province, Seyyed Mustafa Mousavi stated: Simultaneously with the visit of the head of the country's Real Estate and Deeds Registration Organization to Semnan Province, 230 ownership documents related to the province's industrial estates company were handed over and the end of the demarcation and stabilization of the ownership of Semnan industrial estates was announced.

He stated: 230 donated ownership documents include 155 separation documents with an area of 81 hectares in Ivanki Industrial Estate and 86 separation documents with an area of 20 hectares in Garmsar Industrial Estate.

The CEO of Semnan Industrial Estates Company continued: The implementation of this plan, by accurately determining land boundaries and stabilizing ownership, will provide the basis for reducing property disputes, increasing legal security, and facilitating planning for the development of industrial infrastructure.

Mousavi reminded: Stabilizing the registration status of industrial estates can help to increase the confidence of investors, facilitate the implementation of development plans and support the activity of production units in Semnan province.
