Donald Trump announced that America listens to everything Iranian officials say

Washington, October 17. /TASS/. US President Donald Trump said that the US receives information about all actions and negotiations of Iranian officials.

"We hear everything they do. We hear everything they say. It's classified. We hear everything they say. Okay, I just didn't classify it, but that's okay," he said at a Republican rally in Georgia ahead of the Nov. 3 midterm elections.

The United States and Israel started a war against Iran on February 28. In June, Washington and Tehran signed a memorandum of understanding that provided for an immediate cessation of hostilities on all fronts, including in Lebanon. However, on the night of July 8, the United States resumed large-scale attacks against Iran for allegedly violating agreements on the Strait of Hormuz. Later, the US administration effectively signaled that it would stop using large-scale military force against Iran and turn to efforts to stifle it economically through sanctions.
