The head of the Judiciary Lawyers Center said: Based on mutual commitments, all legal, advocacy and expert services provided to the nomadic community in the form of this memorandum will be completely free from tomorrow.
According to Mehr reporter, today, Monday 20th of Mehr 1405, a press conference of the head of Iran's Nomadic Affairs Organization was held at the place of this organization.
Hassan Abdulianpour, the head of the Center for Lawyers, Official Experts and Family Advisors of the Judiciary, pointed out the importance of the role of nomads in defending the country's borders, and announced the provision of completely free legal and expert services to the nomadic community by this center.
On the sidelines of the signing ceremony of the MoU with the Organization of Nomadic Affairs of Iran, Abdulianpour said, referring to the international reflection of Iran's legal and defense capabilities: international lawyers and lawyers from neighboring countries who are present in Iran have repeatedly acknowledged Iran's legal capabilities and proud defense of its national rights. This spirit of defending the land, which is manifested among our tribes as zealous protectors of the borders, has always been universally admired.
Emphasizing that serving the nomads is not only a legal duty, but a religious, national and religious duty, he continued: With the aim of reducing the legal concerns of the nomads during migration and pursuing their cases in different geographical areas, we decided to provide these services in a systematic way. In this regard, a comprehensive memorandum of understanding was concluded to provide legal services, expertise and family consultations, so that the legal problems of nomads can be followed up in their place of presence and with the use of experts from the same areas.
The head of the Judiciary Lawyers Center added: The big family of the Lawyers Center consists of 140,000 to 150,000 specialized and committed workers. Our policy is to leave the work to the "associate"; Therefore, we gave priority to lawyers who are themselves from the nomadic community or are familiar with their living conditions.
Referring to the dimensions of social responsibility of this memorandum, he stated: Our goal of this action is to restore public rights, to create hope and motivation in different sections of the society towards the Islamic system and the judicial system, and to follow the Supreme Leader's instructions regarding serving the people of the nation.
Abdulianpour, with a special emphasis on the freeness of these services, stated: Based on mutual commitments, all legal, advocacy and expert services provided to the nomadic community in the form of this memorandum will be completely free, and our lawyers have committed to provide this great service to the noble nomads of the country without receiving any attorney's fees or fees.
"Company lawyer" to solve geographical challenges
In another part of explaining the details of this national plan, the head of the Judiciary Lawyers Center stated that the necessary infrastructure has been prepared for the implementation of this memorandum, and added: A call for recruiting volunteer lawyers has been issued across the country and we have been met with an impressive response from experts. Considering that Fars and Isfahan provinces are the main origins of the country's nomads, many expert lawyers in these regions have declared their readiness to serve the nomadic community as a member of the big family of the Center.
Explaining the model of "accompanying lawyer" to solve geographical challenges, Abdulianpour said: to solve the problem of the distance between Yilaq and Qeshlaq, a mechanism has been designed in which the lawyer of the case deals with legal matters at the client's place of residence (for example, in Larestan) and does the necessary follow-up; Meanwhile, the status of the case and the lawyer's performance report are monitored in the center to ensure that the services are provided to the nomadic community in the best way.
He continued: This service is not only limited to advocacy; In 88 undergraduate courses, we are ready to send our official experts to provide expert opinion if required by the courts or requested by the Nomadic Affairs Organization. Also, in the field of family counselors, considering the importance and sensitivity of this sector and the necessity of a counselor's presence in family cases (including divorce cases in the path system), our expert counselors are ready to provide counseling and mediation services if needed by the nomadic community.
In the end, the head of the Judiciary Lawyers Center emphasized: The present agreement is not just a document on paper, and all our provincial and city centers are obliged to support the nomadic community in all processes, from the preparation of defense bills to attending the courts, and fulfill this social responsibility with full care and commitment. This memorandum of understanding is not just a memorandum of understanding and will enter the operational phase from tomorrow.
It should be noted that the memorandum of cooperation between the Center of Lawyers, Official Experts and Family Counselors of the Judiciary was signed with the Organization of Nomadic Affairs of Iran.
