Final Decision Needed on Comprehensive Urban Plan for Darreh Shahr and Abdanan

Ilam - The lawmaker for the South Ilam constituency in the Islamic Consultative Assembly announced the need for a final decision on the comprehensive urban plan of Darreh Shahr and Abdanan.

Ilam - The representative of the people of South Ilam in the Islamic Council informed about the necessity of the final assignment of the comprehensive urban plan of Dareh Shahr and Abdanan.

According to Mehr reporter, Asadollah Chiraghi on Thursday evening on the sidelines of the meeting with the Director General of the Development and Construction Projects Supervision Office of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development said: Following the follow-up, the urban master plan of Dareh Shahr on August 20th and the urban master plan of Abdanan on October 15th have been notified to the province.

He stated: The General Administration of Roads and Urban Development of Ilam Province should act as soon as possible to speed up the process of communicating comprehensive urban plans to the municipalities of Dereshahr and Abdanan so that the indecision ends.

Referring to the sensitivity of the issue and its direct impact on the rights of the citizens and the land situation, Cheraghi requested the governor of Ilam to hold an urgent meeting and with the presence of the responsible agencies, to follow up the process of the final notification of the comprehensive urban plans of these two cities and to take the necessary decisions to resolve the uncertainty of the people.

He continued: Also, the protest of some citizens regarding the non-inclusion of their lands in this plan should be reviewed by the agricultural jihad of the province, and if the task is determined, it should be raised separately in the relevant commissions.
