Real Madrid demanded the resignation of La Liga president after Goebbels comparison
LaLiga president Javier Tebas has been criticized for comparing Real Madrid's TV channel to Nazi Germany's propaganda minister.
Real Madrid want LaLiga president Javier Tebas to resign after he compared the club's management to the propaganda methods of the Nazi Party in Germany.
"The management of Real Madrid leads the orchestra of speakers and Real Madrid TV leads the singing," Tebas wrote on social media earlier on Friday.

At the bottom of the list was the president of LaLiga in response to articles by two journalists who said that he and LaLiga were acting against Real's interests.
Tabas added that the writers of El Debit newspaper are reinforcing a message from Real's management.
Real Madrid's request for Tebas to resign immediately deepens the rift between the club and the La Liga president.
Last month, Real called for a new La Liga president in response to Tebas calling his complaints about refereeing decisions a "smoke screen" for their shortcomings on the pitch.
On Friday, Tebas criticized Real Madrid's TV coverage of the refereeing in their matches.
"Their score is always the same: to pick plays that suit them, repeat complaints, stir up suspicions, and point fingers at enemies," he wrote.
"This method recalls the propaganda mechanisms used by Goebbels, the propaganda minister of Nazi Germany.
"The comparison is with those promotional techniques, not with an ideology or, of course, with the Madridista fanbase," added the LaLiga president.
Real Madrid demanded the resignation of Tabas from the head coach of La Liga
Real Madrid released a statement late Friday asking Tebas to resign as president of La Liga and vice president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation.
The statement called it "unbearable and extremely serious" that Tebas used "comparisons with the propaganda methods of the Nazi regime to discredit the club, its management and its television".
Real said: Tabas' repeated behavior shows a lack of impartiality, respect and impartiality, which is not compatible with his organizational responsibilities.
"It is unacceptable that he even misuses the questions, information or comments of journalists not associated with the club to make accusations against us and to attribute to us the actions of third parties for which we have no responsibility."
The 64-year-old, who is recruited by 42 professional clubs in Spain's top two tiers, has been president of La Liga since 2013. In 2023, he was re-elected unopposed until 2027.
Real Madrid's statement came hours after LaLiga confirmed they are one of six clubs to sit on the league's executive committee this season.
