Russia says the proposed ceasefire does not guarantee Ukraine's access to weapons via the sea
Maria Zakharova noted that these proposals also do not cover Russia's ability to carry out its own exports
Moscow, October 13. /TASS/. Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said: "All proposals for a maritime ceasefire lack a clear guarantee that weapons will not be sent to Ukraine by sea, and that Moscow will be able to freely export grain and oil through the Black Sea."
The diplomat noted: It is noteworthy that all of the above proposals lack an understanding of the mechanisms that would ensure that weapons would not be sent to Ukraine by sea, while Russia could carry out its exports, including agricultural products and oil, without hindrance through the Black Sea.
