Anahid Boutique Hotel Opens in Shiraz: 100 Billion Toman Investment in a Heritage Building

The Anahid Boutique Hotel in Shiraz was officially opened today, 22 Mehr, in the presence of the Deputy for Tourism of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts and the Director General of Cultural Heritage for Fars Province.

According to Aria's Heritage Reporter, Anahid Boutique Hotel, which is located in the historical monument of Bayatpur Mansion with national registration, is ready to be used by tourists with an investment of 100 billion tomans.

This complex is located in the historic building of the Bayatpourke mansion, which has the first degree of cultural heritage, and according to the hotel management, this complex was built on a land of 750 square meters with a building of 1,300 square meters.

In the opening ceremony, the manager of Anahid Hotel, referring to the difficulties of building this complex, stated that due to its location in the historical context and narrow alleys of Shiraz, the process of transferring materials and construction and restoration operations was very difficult and expensive.

Abdul Rahim Farhi noted: According to the current rates in October 1405, the total investment made to launch this complex is estimated to be more than 100 billion Tomans.

He continued: Anahid Boutique Hotel includes 16 VIP-level accommodation rooms, a restaurant and a meeting hall, which is designed with the aim of providing luxury services in the form of a traditional hotel.

In the opening ceremony of this accommodation unit, Mohseni Bandapi, the deputy of tourism of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, and Mir Hosseini, the deputy of the marketing and development office of the ministry, Behzad Moridi, the director general of cultural heritage, tourism and handicrafts of Fars province, along with a group of deputies and experts of this general department, were present in this ceremony.
