Fuel Shortage for Tractors and Greenhouses Main Challenge for Varamin Farmers on Eve of Cold Season

The head of Jihad-e Keshavarzi in Varamin County, referring to the reduction in fuel quotas for agricultural tractors and difficulties in supplying fuel to greenhouses, said: A 30% cut in fuel quotas in two stages over the past year, along with a 10 to 20% increase in agricultural input prices in recent weeks, are among the challenges facing producers in the county.

Referring to the decrease in the fuel quota of agricultural tractors and the problems of supplying fuel to greenhouses, the director of the agricultural jihad of Varamin city said: the 30% reduction in the fuel quota in two stages over the past year and the 10-20% increase in the price of agricultural inputs in recent weeks are among the challenges facing the producers of this city.
