Newspaper Ettela'at criticizes government's chaotic communication on the increase in Kalabarg subsidy amount
The government's handling of the process to raise the electronic Kalabarg amount is a clear example of "disarray."
Information newspaper wrote: While the increase of up to 500,000 tomans for a part of the people will not cause much pain to them, and from now on, the inflationary expectations created have practically destroyed its value, but it is not clear why doing this work has been accompanied by these problems and problems.
As an example and to prove this judgment, it is enough to look at the government's notification method in this regard; The lack of clear and transparent explanations about the decisive details of this issue has troubled people and made them complain more than before.
It should be asked why, despite these information organizations and the busy public relations of various government agencies, a consistent and convincing notification about the method of registration or filling out a certain form in a certain system is not done? Is this really difficult?
The question is, why effective planning and forecasting in the field of logistics and support of people's registration to receive the additional number of Kalaberg has not been done in the government.
For example, despite the fact that the government is surely aware of the recent slowness of the internet speed and also knows the capacity of daily access to the "My Government" site, why did it not arrange and limit the registrations based on the national code on specific days so that so many loads are not entered on this site at once and it does not disrupt its performance?
Also, in spite of being aware of these limitations, why wasn't enough time given for registration so that people don't get confused, the load of the registrant's site is managed, and finally, the services are provided smoothly and gradually? Do these simple and primitive predictions really come from all these wide and long devices?
Another issue is the registration complications for people. The government is definitely aware of the fact that many of the vulnerable groups who are the target of the recent increase in the number of Kalaberg do not have enough mastery and skill to go to the My Government website, fill out the form and other necessary steps, and this, especially in the cities and villages, may force people to go to Internet cafes, the cost of which is the prepayment of the additional subsidy that has not been received, one person per month!
Subsidizing the obvious right of the people and paying it is the least duty of the government, and it is not the responsibility of the noble people, high-spirited and under the pressure of the country for the late payment of this insignificant amount. Therefore, it is rightly expected that the payment of this insignificant amount will be done with the least obstacles and bureaucracy, today and tomorrow, and spending money, so as to compensate a little of the huge inflation imposed on the people's table.
