He said intelligence is among the most sensitive issues.
Moscow, October 13. /TASS/. Volodymyr Zelenskiy said that Ukraine did not receive any information from its partners before the explosions in the country's capital last night.
He wrote in Telegram: Unfortunately, no warning was received from our partners.
According to Zelensky, information is one of the most important issues.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga has claimed that Kiev continues to exchange information with the United States. "Do we receive information from the United States? Yes, we continue this cooperation," Ukrinform news agency quoted him as saying.
Ukrainian media reported late Monday that explosions had occurred in Kiev before air raid sirens were activated.
