Ousmane Dembélé made a funny joke to reporters after the victory against Manchester City.

According to "Varzeh Se", Dembele made his jokes in a conversation with Channel Plus after Paris Saint-Germain won 2-4 against Manchester City in the European Champions League. The winner of the 2025 Ballon d'Or, who scored the second goal of Paris Saint-Germain against City, responded to the comments of the presenters of this network with a very sarcastic tone.

He seemed quite serious in his answers at first: "We don't care at all that others have doubted us, it's October and we have to do well in the first part of the season and prepare ourselves for the second half of the season."

But when he mentioned the criticism he faced during his time with the French national team, he didn't hold back anymore: "Did I feel like I had to prove something? No, not at all. Dembele, who has only started three of Paris Saint-Germain's six Ligue 1 games this season, laughed and replied: "Am I still on holiday this weekend? It's possible, maybe even until March!"

At the end of his strange conversation with Channel Plus, Dembele asked: "Now we have to play against... I think Le Avère?" But he was wrong, Paris Saint-Germain's next opponent is Strasbourg.
