According to Mehr reporter, Colonel Mohammad Taqi Soltani said in a gathering of reporters on Wednesday evening: Following the receipt of a case of fraud, the investigation of the matter was put on the agenda of the detectives of the Anti-Forgery and Fraud Department of the provincial intelligence police. He added: The accused, introducing himself as a lawyer and a person with influence in the judicial system, took money and defrauded the lost property in return for obtaining consent.

The head of the Provincial Intelligence Police, pointing out that the officers, with the help of intelligence elites, carrying out technical and police measures and coordinating with the judicial authority, identified a person accused of fraud and arrested him in his hiding place in a surprise and coordinated operation, adding: the accused confessed to a fraud worth one billion Rials during the interrogations, which was presented to the judicial authority after the filing of the case for legal proceedings.
