Russia Hopes Diesel Supply Will Help Stabilize Fuel Market, Foreign Ministry Says

Georgy Borisenko, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister, said Moscow believes that not only Washington but the entire world will benefit from Russia's fuel reserves.

Moscow, October 12. /TASS/. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Georgy Borisenko said that Moscow hopes that the supply of Russian diesel fuel will help calm and stabilize the fuel market, adding that not only Washington, but the whole world will benefit from it.

He said: "We know that most of the diesel fuel from the Persian Gulf countries was supplied from the Persian Gulf countries before the Strait of Hormuz was blocked as a result of US and Israeli aggression against Iran. We obviously hope that the conflict around Iran will be resolved as soon as possible, and we also expect that the supply of diesel fuel from Russia will help calm and stabilize the fuel market."
