Shiraz- The Chief Justice of Fars announced the issuance of an order to arrest the perpetrators of the recent concert in Shiraz and the filing of a court case against some relevant officials in the field of monitoring cultural programs.

According to the report of Ambassador Arjan Hojatul-Islamwal-Muslimeen Rajaeesab, on Saturday morning at the meeting of the Shiraz clergy community, in response to the concerns raised about some cultural and artistic events in Shiraz, he announced the summoning of a number of relevant officials and the filing of a case against them.

Emphasizing the necessity of the responsibility of the institutions in charge of monitoring cultural programs, he stated: the approach of the judicial system in this field will not be limited to obtaining simple commitments, and the monitoring of these programs must be followed seriously before and after their implementation.

The Chief Justice of Fars Province also announced the issuance of an order to arrest the perpetrators of the recent Shiraz concert and emphasized the continuation of field supervision of the prosecutor's office on the activities of trade unions.

Referring to the necessity of following up possible violations, Rajaeinasab emphasized the need for the responsible bodies to pay attention to their supervisory duties and prevent the repetition of similar cases.
