Publication of 2 decades of environmental experience in Tehran's green heritage

With the presence of the vice president and the head of the Environmental Protection Organization, a group of former general managers of the environment of Tehran Municipality and activists and specialists in the field of environment, the book of Tehran's Green Heritage was unveiled.

According to Ambassador Arjan - the unveiling ceremony of the book "Tehran's Green Heritage; "Memories and experiences of twenty years of environmental managers of Tehran" was held.

In this ceremony, the vice president and the head of the Environmental Protection Organization, a group of former general managers of the environment of Tehran Municipality and environmental activists and experts were present.

Mohammad Sayer Baghkhanipour, General Manager of Environment and Sustainable Development of Tehran Municipality announced in this ceremony that Tehran Municipality is ready with the Environmental Protection Organization of the country for synergy in the environmental areas of the country and said: Tehran Municipality is open to many issues and it is possible to have festivals in the field of environmental houses in the first step.

He further added: With this method, the activities of environmental houses of Tehran municipality and environmental organization can be exchanged.

Bagkhanipour considered another solution to be the exchange of information between the sites of the Environmental Organization of Tehran Municipality and the country and said: This way of working will lead to good work and the municipality can be of help as a judicial arm.

Dr. Sina Ansari, the vice president and head of the Environmental Protection Organization, also said in this ceremony: The limitation of water resources and water recycling are among the issues that can be solved, of course. All we need are the upper rules that fortunately exist in society. In most areas, these laws must be enforced. The next point is that issues should be prioritized for actions; In this case, many problems will be reduced.

In this ceremony, the book "Green Heritage of Tehran" was unveiled. This book has been published by Safir Arjan Publications with the aim of documenting the experiences, memories, challenges and decisions of two decades of the capital's environmental management and transferring this experience to future generations.
