Imam Juma Siraf: Iran's economy is alive and active

Bushehr- Imam Juma Siraf stated that Iran's economy is alive and active and said: We need intelligent management of disagreements.

According to Mehr reporter, Hojjat al-Islam Mohammad Sadiq Ashuri, in this week's Friday prayer sermons of the Siraf section, pointed to the upcoming events, regional developments and the country's economic situation, and explained the components of the strength and resistance of the Iranian nation against pressures.

Congratulating the birth anniversary of Hazrat Zainab Kabri (peace be upon them), he considered the secret of Iranian society's stability and resilience against the storm of events to be clinging to the life of that noble lady and said: "If today the analytical circles of the world are looking for an answer in amazement about the strength and endurance of the Iranian nation, they should know that this secret lies in the school of Saheb Jamadi al-Awl." Hazrat Zainab (PBUH) manifested a faithful life at the height of the crisis, and the Iranian nation, relying on this model, has turned threats into an opportunity for spiritual excellence and standing in the historical turn of the civilizational battle against global arrogance.

Khatib Juma Siraf, honoring Nurse's Day, considered this profession to be a combination of service, sacrifice, responsibility and creating mental peace and added: the nursing community laid the foundation stone both in the years of sacred defense and in the Corona crisis. Today, in addition to praising the sacrifice of this class of servants, we have the duty to seriously follow up on their rightful and livelihood demands; Because strengthening the position of the nurse is directly linked to the promotion of public health and national security.

Recalling the week of physical training and the national day of sports, he assessed the promotion of public health and vitality as the pillars of national power and stated: as stated in the words of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, "a strong Iran must have strong sports". Targeted investment in public sports, school sports and championship sports is a cultural, educational and strategic priority for the future of the country.

In another part of his speech, Imam Juma Siraf analyzed Washington's recent policies and said: America has turned to strengthening its military presence in the region at the same time as the diplomatic routes are blocked. In the analysis of the future scenario, we are faced with four scenarios: a controlled escalation of tension, extensive military movements before or after the congressional elections, a sudden agreement, and finally an all-out regional war with the possible closure of the Strait of Hormuz.

He pointed out: Currently, the most likely scenario is a mixed scenario; That is, the continuation of the controlled escalation with a high risk of jumping into an all-out conflict that requires vigilance and full defense preparation.

Rejecting the enemies' claim of "economic collapse", he emphasized the necessity of structural reforms inside and said: "We should not underestimate the problems caused by inflation, banking imbalances and pressure on foreign exchange earnings." But despite all the invasions, the economy, which is the artery of production, transportation, supply of goods and its banking network is alive and dynamic, it is miles away from the narrative of collapse. Saving the economy and passing through this period at a low cost depends on curbing discontent, curbing the growth of liquidity and purposefully directing the currency towards the production lines and trade chain.
