Removal of Zelensky in favor of Russia, America and Ukraine itself - Russian politician

Sergei Mironov, head of the Russian party, rightly noted that the Kiev regime and its leader are a threat not only to Russia, but also to global security.

Moscow, October 17. /TASS/. "Russia, the United States and the people of Ukraine are interested in overthrowing Volodymyr Zelensky," Sergei Mironov, head of the "Just Russia" party, told TASS.

"The leader of the Kiev regime, Zelensky, has become not only a symbol of Russophobia, but also a symbol of anti-Trump forces in Europe. His removal is in the interest of the United States and the Russian Federation, as well as in the interest of the Ukrainian people," Mironov said.

He noted that the Kiev regime and its leader threaten not only Russia but also global security. The parliamentarian said Zelensky, "his junta and their European supporters" do not want peace with Russia.

According to this deputy, the dismissal of Zelensky and the elimination of his regime is a necessary condition for achieving peace.

The politician concluded: "Words alone cannot intimidate or convince anyone. We must not only press down on the Nazi scum, we must crush it! And to begin with, we must cut off its oxygen, which is completely within the capabilities of the United States. This is what anyone who wants peace, not just in words, but in action, must do."

On October 10, US President Donald Trump said that Zelensky should have called an election and could have ended the conflict in Ukraine and made several peace agreements.
