According to Ambassador Arjan Ruhollah Najabat, a member of the 12th parliament and the designer of the anti-influence plan, he considered cognitive warfare as a tool to compensate for the enemy's field failures and said: Iran today is in the middle of a complex hybrid war in which the United States has simultaneously used media, economic and military tools to fill the void of its achievements.

Referring to the change in Iran's defense pattern, Najabat noted: We do not look at the enemy's statements as facts, but as observations for analysis to understand what is happening in the real environment of the war.

The representative of the people of Shiraz in the parliament considered the presence of people in the fields as a great social capital and added: the war has entered a new season in which neither the enemy has the ability to defeat us, nor does he envision the end of the war without achievements, and neither do we accept defeat.
