Justin Baldoni appears in public amid his legal battle with Blake Lively over 'Dancing with the Stars'.

According to Page Six, the actor attended the ABC dance competition alongside his wife and two daughters as a guest of Julian Hough's "longtime family friend," months after settling the dispute over "It Ends With Us."

Justin Baldoni was on Ballroom with the Stars on Tuesday night.

The It Ends With Us actor and director sat in the audience during ABC's Super Bowl Night-themed performance of the dance competition and cheered on the season 35 cast, along with his wife Emily Baldoni and their two daughters.

After Maura Higgins and pro Mark Ballas performed the first dance of the night, the cameras panned to Baldoni and his family.

While his appearance may seem coincidental to some, Page Six reported that Baldoni and his family were there as "special guests of Julianne Hough, who is an old family friend."

Hough, a DWTS co-host, appeared in Baldoni's 2012 documentary My Last Days.

Baldoni's appearance marks a rare public outing for the Jane the Virgin star following her nearly two-year legal battle with It Ends With Us co-star Blake Lively, who accused her of sexually harassing her on set and alleged a smear campaign against her. Baldoni denied the allegations. A judge dismissed Lively's sexual harassment claims in April, and the parties settled their remaining claims in May ahead of trial.

Baldoni has largely kept a low profile since the dispute, although he addressed his public absence with his wife in an Instagram video in July.

"There's been a lot of painful stuff in the last two years," Imau said. "We didn't want to add to the noise, so we just wanted to let the justice system take its course."

Tuesday's episode concluded with Guillermo Rodriguez of Jimmy Kimmel Live! and professional dancer Whitney Carson were eliminated. Tyler Cameron, Jackson Olson, Amber Glenn, Connor Wood, Julia Stiles, Tatiana Ali, Jenna Dewan, Harry Shum Jr., Ezra Frech and Higgins are other famous faces of this competition.
