Russia's Central Bank Raises Dollar Rate to 83.95 Rubles for October 15

Official Yuan Rate Rises 3.3 Kopecks to 12.5358 Rubles

Moscow, October 14. /TASS/. The Bank of Russia set the official dollar rate for October 15 at 83.9497 rubles, which increased by 8.22 kopecks compared to the previous index.

The official rate of the euro increased by 15.06 kopecks and reached 93.9229 rubles. The official rate of the yuan is fixed at 12.5358 rubles, which is 3.3 kopecks higher than the previous figure.

The central bank determines the official exchange rate of the dollar and euro against the ruble based on the reports of banks on the results of transactions in the over-the-counter currency market.
