Karegarnia: The People Are the Guarantors of Security and the Main Pillar of the System and the Country

Rasht – The head of the Rasht City Council, referring to the central role of the people over the 47 years since the Revolution, said the people are the guarantors of security and the main pillar of the system and the country.

In a conversation with Mehr reporter, Mohammad Hossein Vasheq Karganiya stated that the people were always considered as the center of the country's affairs in our country and stated that the revolution was based on the presence of the people.

The head of the Islamic Council of Rasht city added: "Wherever the people were present on the stage, good success was achieved by our system, and the Imam, the great leader of the revolution, built the revolution on the basis of these people."

Referring to the year 1342 when Imam Khomeini was sent to exile, Vaisheq Kargenia said: In response to the question of who are your (Imam's) companions, the Imam said: "Sleeping in the cradles" and this means they saw the Imam today and the year 1957 at the same time, and from that time they formed this revolution with the presence of the people.

Stating that more than 47 years of the life of the revolution was based on this popular presence, he clarified: In different scenes, in different situations, wherever danger was felt, the punctual and appreciative people of Islamic Iran showed up in different scenes and supported the system, the ideals of the system, they were present and defended, and what we got so far was nothing but victory.

Referring to the eight years of holy defense, the head of the Islamic Council of Rasht said: "We successfully passed the eight years of holy defense with the presence of these people's forces always on the scene, both the loved ones who were present on the battle fronts and the people who were behind the scenes, both supporting the war and providing internal security.

He stated that we had a big war in the same operational areas and inside the cities, and continued: Various anti-revolutionary and warring groups that entered the scene armed, these were the people who maintained internal security by being present at the scene so that the fighters could succeed in confronting the enemy with better confidence.

Referring to the 12-day war and the Ramadan war, Vasheq Kargar Nia stated: The enemy felt that by assassinating our martyred leader and the first-rate officials of the system, including ministers and officials of the country and the army, he could dominate the country of Iran in the shortest time, but the people proved with their good presence on the scene that these people are the protectors and guardians of the revolution.

He said: With the grace of Imam Zaman, as long as these people are there, surely the enemy will not succeed with his illusory policies and his illusory plans.

Our nation sacrificed its life for the holy system of the Islamic Republic of Iran

The head of Rasht Islamic Council stated that the current dear sacrificers of our country, who are all except the million Basij army, said: the entire population is except the million Basij army, and this sacrificial life is not reserved for a specific individual or group. Maybe there are some people who have not even registered in these calls, but they actually sacrificed their lives for the regime, sacrificed their lives for the revolution, and sacrificed their lives for the safety of the people.

He clarified: We are all in the service of the people, a very grateful and punctual people who, God willing, can compensate for what is our responsibility, our duty, for all the magnanimity that the people had during this period, a part of these efforts and the presence of the people in the field.

The presence of people at night guarantees the defeat of the enemy

Referring to the nightly presence of people in the squares and streets of the country, Vasheq Kargenia said: People have been in the streets and squares every night for about eight months. This presence started in winter and continued in spring and summer, even on hot days. Even now, despite the heavy rains in our city, the streets are not empty of people at any night; Sometimes the crowd is even more than the previous nights.

Referring to the presence of people in the streets, he added: This presence shows that the adverse weather conditions and economic problems, despite the concern of all of us, do not harm the faith and belief of the people and their trust in the system. There are problems and we should try to solve them with empathy and helping each other.

The head of the Islamic Council of Rasht city pointed out that our nation is a nation of difficult circumstances and stated: We proved that it is more resilient than ever in difficult circumstances. God willing, this era will also end, like the era of eight years of holy defense, and God willing, this era will also be with the complete victory of the Iranian people over global arrogance.

Referring to the role of the municipality and the Islamic Council of the city in organizing national, provincial and local events, he said: In the past eight months, the cultural and sports organization of the municipality has been mainly responsible for providing the facilities and necessities for night gatherings, including space creation, audio and video equipment.

Vaisheg Kargenia stated that the "Jan Feda" conference will be held on Thursday, and added: "It is expected that this conference will be held with the participation of people and in the form of a large gathering in support of the regime."

He continued: The necessary support measures were also approved in the public meeting last Sunday, and the municipality was obliged to provide the necessary facilities for this community so that the event could be held as grandly as possible.
