Nouri: Land and Housing Projects in North Khorasan Must Be Resolved Faster

Bojnourd – The North Khorasan Governor stressed the need to accelerate the resolution of land and housing projects and remove obstacles to the province's development projects.

According to Ambassador Arjan, citing the public relations of North Khorasan Governorate, Bahman Nouri, Governor of North Khorasan, in a meeting with Ali Nabian, Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development and Head of the National Land and Housing Organization, reviewed the follow-up of construction projects and issues related to land and housing in the province.

In this meeting, which was held in the presence of the political, security and social deputy of the governor, the deputy governor of civil affairs coordination and the general director of road and urban development of North Khorasan, the most important demands of the province in the field of land, housing, development of urban infrastructure and acceleration of the implementation of construction projects were raised.

In this meeting, the Governor of North Khorasan emphasized the necessity of special attention of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development to the capacities and needs of the province and stated: Balanced development and removal of deprivation from less privileged areas requires effective support of national institutions, timely allocation of resources and facilitation of processes related to land transfer and implementation of construction projects.

Pointing to the importance of assigning priority projects of the province, Nouri mentioned the final follow-up of the condition of the land known as doctors and assistance in determining the assignment of the lands of Debiran Cooperative Company located in the territory of Bojnord Airport as the issues emphasized in this meeting.

Also, the issue of speeding up the task of determining the participation of the urban regeneration area for the construction of a sports hall in the Javadiye area of Bojnord and providing the basis for the start of the executive operations of this project, strengthening housing and urban development projects through production were among the other axes raised in this meeting.

In the continuation of this meeting, Ali Nabian, Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development and Head of the National Land and Housing Organization, pointed out the importance of following up on the demands of the provinces in the field of land and housing, and emphasized the need for expert review of the issues raised and the use of existing capacities to advance the construction plans of North Khorasan.

He stated that the close interaction between the administrative complex of the province and the national institutions can be the basis for removing implementation obstacles and speeding up the process of project implementation, he emphasized on following up on the issues raised within the framework of rules and regulations and trying to provide the basis for the realization of the development plans of the province.
