Emergency Meeting with Ghalibaf to Review Kalabarg Increase

A member of the Parliament's Social Commission criticized the implementation of the Kalabarg increase for some households, saying: Given problems with the self-declaration system and limited registration time, it has been proposed to extend the self-declaration deadline to three months.

A member of the social commission of the parliament, criticizing the implementation of the plan to increase the amount of Kalaberg for some households, said: due to the problems of the self-declaration system and the limitation of the registration opportunity, it has been proposed to increase the deadline for self-declaration to three months.

According to the report of Arjan's ambassador, Ahmad Begdeli, about the increase in the amount of Kalaberg for some groups and the fact that it is now announced that people have until October 21 to register; While apparently it is not open for some or access to it is associated with great difficulty, he said: Unfortunately, either the government or the Program and Budget Organization or the Subsidy Targeting Organization made a very serious mistake regarding Kalaberg's decision. The first mistake is that they want to pay in cash, which means that one million tomans of merchandise is in place and they want to pay the rest in cash based on the same subsidies.

He emphasized: This is despite the fact that in the Kalaberg law, it was discussed that it was electronic, not cash, which causes inflation and various other issues. Another discussion is about the indicators based on which people can request an increase in the amount of goods.

Bigdali continued: People should not have a car, property and income to request an increase, which includes people who are covered by the relief and welfare committee and have no income. If a family of three has an income of 20 million tomans, a family of four has 27 million tomans, and a family of five has 34 million tomans; These are included in the increase of merchandise, that too in cash, and they must act and self-declare through the Organization of Targets, which includes 40 million people.

He added: It has been said that a self-declaration should be made, but unfortunately, in the last two or three days, the system does not have the capacity for this issue at all.

This member of the Social Commission of the Islamic Council stated: Today they have held an emergency meeting with Mr. Speaker himself. The head of the program and budget organization and the minister of cooperation and one or two related commissions are going to investigate this issue. The proposal of the Ministry of Cooperatives and our commission is that we should give at least three months to the people to self-declare so that they can do this.
