Fate of the Coup Plotter in "Gaváh"

We introduce a printed paper magazine, one of the few remaining publications that still uses zinc plates; not only has its price quintupled, but it has become rare. A look at the magazine's masthead and contributors shows that its professional team, in both form and content, is not seeking to promote anyone's interests or any faction. This is what makes "Gaváh" worth reading, to the extent that it is conceivable as independent of the Document Center and its editor-in-chief.

Ambassador Arjan; Soroush Bammad - "Gawah" magazine is so professional that at first glance, it is not thought that the owner of the franchise is the Islamic Revolution Documentation Center and its responsible director Mustafa Pourmohammadi.

Over the years, the name of the Document Center was immediately reminiscent of Ruhollah Hosseinian and a strong political tendency, but now its head has been entrusted to Mustafa Pourmohammadi, who painted a different image of himself in the presidential elections two years ago.

Gawah magazine, however, does not even seek to present another face of the document center or its head, but as stated in its name, it wants to be a magazine of the document witness.

The fact is that in Iran, there is a sensitivity and perhaps we can say a tiredness for publishing documents, which is often justified by the security perspective, but suddenly you open your eyes and see that the Sed and Sima archives have removed their heads from My and You TV and are making documentaries according to their views, while in Sed and Sima of Iran, they were making a Gando series against negotiations and Zarif and Rouhani!

A look at the birth certificate and the authors of "Gawah" shows that Payam Tabibi (editor) has assembled a professional team and is not looking for publicity for the benefit of anyone or any movement, and this "Gawah" has made it as readable as possible independent of the document center and the responsible manager.

Special file number 7 is dedicated to Fadlullah Zahedi with the title: The end of the coup plotter. The documents of SAVAK about the leadership of the martyr of the Islamic Republic of Iran have also been published for the first time.

Gawah also examines Seyyed Javad Tabatabai's historiographical legacy and Imam Sefir Arjani's unpublished memoirs about the late leader of the revolution in the last days of his life and in the hospital can also be read, including this memoir:

In order to relieve the pain, they had injected morphine and the imam was lethargic and semi-conscious, and in such a situation they said, "I need to urinate. Turn my bed away from the Qibla." They said, Sir, your bed is not facing the Qibla. You say it's not facing the Qiblah, but when I say I want to pray, you say it's facing the Qiblah! After all, when you didn't move my bed, how is it facing the Qiblah? Either it was facing the Qiblah then, or it's not facing the Qiblah now.

In one of SAVAK's documents, in a report dated August 15, 1356, we read:

"According to information, Seyyed Ali Khamenei was confined in his house located in Sarshur Bazaar, Baranjian Street, due to the death of Dr. Ali Shariati Mezinani and was very sad. On the same day, some religious fanatics, especially students, visited his house to offer their condolences." Savak expert also wrote as a theory on Wednesday: "Seyed Ali Khamenei was one of Dr. Ali Shariati's close friends, and the content of the above news about his sadness over Shariati's death is true."

As it was said at the beginning, the main case is about the perpetrator of the black coup on August 28, 1332. Mehrdad Khadir also looks at the political life of Lt. Gen. Fazlullah Zahedi in the intersection with the important events of Iran's contemporary history under the title: The coup plotter in Fisherabad.

We find out the reason for this title in the last two paragraphs. When the 15-page analysis ends like this:

In his daily notes, Jalal Al-Ahmed mentions Zahedi, along with Shah and Ala, and there he writes about Ibrahim Golestan: "He does everything in this ruined place and he doesn't do too much. From photography to writing and translation. Don't say or ask about politics either. When he was filming Mossadegh, wow! What praises he used to praise Kashani, and then Zahedi, Shah, Ala, and every other stepfather, and he was fascinated by it." I was asked to cooperate with Radio Consortium's oil program, but I didn't, and I said why I am not willing to cooperate."

Without mentioning the military title of lieutenant general or general, Jalal Al-Ahmed ranks Zahedi among the fathers of contemporary history. It was also remembered by the people with the word "couptachi" and that's why they never recognized the name of Sepbad Zahedi street and preferred to stay in Fisherabad and be known with Marmar Hotel, Yad Takhti and TBT, not with the coup plotter.

There was no map finder, sign, or knowledge, and they could give an address with the same old name and still said: Fisherabad, and they made up legends about who Fisher was.

The 1957 revolution, which won, they removed the name of Sepahbod Zahedi street, and Khosro Mansourian, the head of the naming group in Tehran Municipality, was reviewing the names of the proposed replacements, when Farqan assassinated and the name of Sepehbod Zahedi street became Sepehbod Qarani.

While the name of Dr. Mohammad Mosadegh was sitting on the longest street name in Tehran and Iran.

About the magazine, apart from its professional characteristics and the difference from publications that seek to promote their directors with government budgets, its form is also remarkable, and for this reason, we expect to see a professional name as an art director in the birth certificate, and this happens so that the claim that Alireza Tajik's work in page layout and form is one of its attractive factors is not exaggerated.

* Post-Tahrir: A paper and print magazine was introduced above, while last week we witnessed an unprecedented event in the paper and print press. "Andishe Puya" magazine announced that the delay of this issue, which is very readable (with Mustafa Malekian's design on the cover and a unique case about Shahrnoosh Parsipur), was due to the fact that they were looking for zinc from door to door! The 31-year-old weekly newspaper "Omid Javan" did not find zinc, and the previous issue was not published, and this week, hoping to use zinc in another outage, it had to change the cut. It is not about the price of zinc (it has increased 5 times), but it has not been found!

We do not know whether the officials of the Ministry of Culture have contacted these two publications and expressed their sympathy, or whether they are only careful not to include a word against the wishes of some members of the supervisory board! Although last year's member of the supervisory board is in Evin...
