The administrative system is still involved in bureaucratic structures and stable jobs

Dr. Mohsen Gadami- university professor and designer of administrative systems

Today, change enters the workplace at a dizzying speed. Perceptions of slowing economic growth, fears of continued recession and rising costs of living are putting more pressure on organizations and business leaders to do more with fewer resources. At the same time, global trends in talent, such as the labor market, the rise of stakeholder capitalism, and the continuous change in the composition and job description of the workforce, question the basis, how, where, and why of work.

Looking to the future, lessons from the experiences of the past few years are still in our minds, including how business realities can change in an instant. Organizations and employees no longer have an option to go back to the past or return to traditional business, and must go through the new vision together and establish a new set of basic principles to manage in the world without borders of science and knowledge.

Organizations that want to remain globally competitive must pursue skills and move beyond traditional business and reliance on sustainable businesses. This work seeks to present the latest studies and researches to Iranian organizations to align with new management standards.

The reality is that in order to be able to do more with less resources and be more effective, organizations must move towards knowledgeable and skilled human capital and manage their organization in a borderless world. Because boundaries that were once considered as the "natural order of things", such as work can be organized into well-defined processes, jobs can be categorized and completely placed within the organization's structure, work can be done within the four walls of the workplace. , and organizations can focus their decision-making around stakeholders and profit and loss, is disappearing.

To manage in today's borderless world, Iranian organizations should activate their mind and sense of curiosity and look at every decision as a test that accelerates the impact and creates new insight.
