Acting Minister of Defense and Support of the Armed Forces stated in a congratulatory message on Nurse's Day: Nursing is a manifestation of the commitment to save life and honor human dignity.
According to the report of Ambassador Arjan, the text of the congratulatory message of Brigadier General of Guards Siddajid Ibn Al-Reza on the occasion of the birth of Hazrat Zainab (PBUH) and Nurse's Day is as follows:
"The arrival of Nurse's Day, the anniversary of the blessed birth of Aqliyeh Bani Hashem, the Messenger of Ashura and the nurse of Karbala, Hazrat Zainab Kobari (PBUH), is a valuable opportunity to honor people who, with their expertise, commitment, patience and spirit of self-sacrifice, heal the pain of patients and support their families in the most difficult moments of life.
Nursing is more than a specialized profession and is a manifestation of human responsibility and commitment to save life and respect human dignity; A mission whose importance is revealed more than ever in difficult days, crisis and war. In our beloved country, difficult tests such as the 8-year holy defense period, the spread of the Corona virus and the dedication of martyrs for the path of health are proof of this claim. During the 12-day war and the 40-day war, nurses and medical staff continued to provide services to the wounded and injured in difficult and dangerous conditions, despite the existence of many dangers, and with their steadfastness, steadfastness and dedication, they displayed a lasting and golden manifestation of professional and human commitment in history.
In the meantime, our hard-working colleagues and nurses at Shahid Dr. Chamran Hospital of the Ministry of Defense, along with other hard-working medical staff, played a valuable role in caring for the sick and wounded with their tireless efforts and responsible presence during the days of war. Their efforts are a reminder of the fact that along with the efforts of the defenders of the security and territorial integrity of the country, the sacrificers in the field of health also play an important role in helping the society overcome difficult times by taking care of human lives.
Undoubtedly, what gives hope to the sick and injured in such circumstances is not only medical knowledge and skill; Rather, it is the comforting, empathy, patience and spirit of sacrifice of nurses who, even at the peak of fatigue and work pressure, and deficiencies and inadequacies, follow their responsibility with professional conscience and a sense of responsibility towards their countrymen.
While congratulating on Nurse's Day to all the hardworking nurses of the country, especially the nurses and medical staff of Martyr Dr. Chamran Hospital, I appreciate their efforts and valuable services in the normal days and difficult conditions of the war, and I wish for these dear ones, health, dignity and increasing success in the way of serving the noble people of Islamic Iran from the Almighty God.
While seeking help from a divine portal to raise the ranks of health martyrs, especially martyred nurses, it is hoped that by protecting the position of nurses and strengthening the support of human capital in the field of health, the field for the improvement of medical services and the continuation of decent services to the people will be provided more than before."
