Rafsanjan Prosecutor: Nighttime Peace of Residents Is a Red Line

Kerman – The Rafsanjan prosecutor said maintaining public order and protecting citizens' peace and comfort, especially in the late hours of the night, is a priority for the judiciary, and disruptive behavior will be met with a firm response.

Kerman - Prosecutor Rafsanjan said: Maintaining public order and protecting the peace and comfort of citizens, especially in the late hours of the night, is one of the priorities of the judicial system, and actions that disrupt public order will be dealt with decisively.

According to Mehr reporter, Behnam Jafarizadeh, on Thursday night, on the sidelines of the implementation of this project in Taleghani Blvd., Rafsanjan, referring to people's demands regarding the nuisance of some cars and motorcycles, said: maintaining public order and protecting the peace and comfort of citizens, especially at the end of the night, is one of the priorities of the judicial system, and behavior that disrupts public order will be dealt with decisively.

Explaining the measures taken at this stage of the plan, he added: The operation was carried out in two places in the city, and until the report was announced, nine vehicles, including cars and motorcycles, were seized and five people were arrested.

Rafsanjan General and Revolutionary Prosecutor stated that a judicial case has been filed for the arrested persons and these persons will be sent to the prosecutor's office and continued: Also, the impounded vehicles will not be removed until the next month.

Jafarizadeh, referring to the presence of Basij forces in the field alongside law enforcement officers, listed this cooperation as one of the features of the implementation of the latest stage of the plan and said: the commander of Basij resistance area of the city and the deputy police commander of the city were present with the police forces during the implementation of the operation.

He stated that the implementation of the plan will be expanded in the coming nights, and clarified: In the next stages, the simultaneous implementation of the plan in six to seven points of the city and even more areas is on the agenda.

Rafsanjan General and Revolutionary Prosecutor emphasized that the demands of the citizens are the basis for the continuation of these actions, and noted that this plan is implemented with the aim of improving public security and increasing the peace of the people, and it will continue in the city until such disturbances and dissatisfactions caused by it are minimized.

Jafarizadeh emphasized: People who disturb the public order or disturb the peace of citizens by performing dramatic movements and risky behaviors in the late hours of the night will be decisively dealt with.

He expressed his hope that with the continuation of the implementation of the plan and the cooperation of the responsible agencies, the ground for improving public security and increasing the feeling of peace and comfort of the citizens in Rafsanjan will be provided.
