Pokemon has unveiled a new "Holiday Helper" plush collection featuring a Pikachu Christmas tree and Clodsire sleigh.

Pokémon has introduced a new batch of 'Holiday Helper' cherries.

Pokemon shared an image of the new collection on the company's social accounts earlier today. This image shows five Pikachu hoses in various sizes, including Pikachu with a Cloudair sled.

A blog post on the official Pokemon Japan website gives a closer look at the new plushies while also confirming that the collection will be released on October 24th at local Pokemon Center locations. The North American Pokemon accounts only confirmed that the new Plassies are "coming soon" to the US via the Pokemon Center, omitting this week's first holiday wave.

Pokemon is introducing the "Holiday Helpers" plush collection to the US soon.

The largest plush in the picture is a large Pikachu dressed in a full Christmas tree outfit, complete with a small star on his head.

The small Pikachu plushies shown in the additional images are actually keychains, of the Electric variety, that create various expressions in Santa's hat. A sleepy Pikachu is holding a small cookie, a cute Pikachu is covered in snow, and a special mischievous Pikachu is riding Purygon.

At first glance, Santa Clodsire appears to be its own plushie, but the Japanese Pokemon site shows the amphibian Pokemon attached to a small Pikachu riding a sled.

The announcement doesn't include any information on size or price, but most of the plush keychains available at Pokémon Center are between 4 and 8 inches tall. The smaller ones seem to be on the shorter end of the spectrum, with Pokemon Center usually costing less than $20.

The largest round shape is the Squishmallow, and the Pokémon Center is generally home to the 12-inch Squish models. However, given its size, the pika Christmas tree can grow up to 16 or even 20 inches tall.

The Pokémon Center prices Squishmallows at $29.99, though its larger self-developed Squishmallows can go for as much as $79.99. (Without getting into the multi-hundred dollar full-size sets.)

It remains to be seen if these Pikachus (and Clodsire) will be a complete set of Holiday Helpers, or if the additional Pokémon will be welcome. The announcement also does not clarify whether the additional collection items shown in the Japan announcement, such as the Tangrowth holiday jackets, will be exclusive to Japan.

The Pokemon Center is home to a ridiculous amount of Pokemon merchandise, including ongoing collections like the Holiday Village figure set and, of course, some of the best Pokemon merchandise money can buy. Fans can look forward to new releases of these collections each holiday season, in addition to more general merchandise drops throughout the year.

Do you think the Pokemon Company is too biased towards certain Pokemon?

No, some Pokemon are popular for a reason!
