K/DA Gets Official Louis Vuitton Art Book Ahead of 'Start Fire' Return

Riot Games has collaborated with fashion house Louis Vuitton on the K/DA travel book. The launch of the book comes just after the girl group League of Legends announced their return from a six-year hiatus.

Tempo Point collects new visuals from the virtual girl group that preview "24 hours in the individual lives of K/DA members Ahri (vocals), Akali (rap), Evelynn (vocals), and Kai'Sa (singer and dancer/choreographer). The Standard Edition and Collector's Edition will be released online and in Louis Vuitton locations and bookstores on Friday, October 16.

The Louis Vuitton Travel Books are a collection of premium art books that collect images and illustrations from artists around the world. This special addition to the collection will be available in two formats: the Standard Edition ($68 USD) and the Large Format Collector's Edition ($245 USD). Both editions feature the same artwork in six-color printing, collected in a cloth-bound hardcover book.

Only 400 copies of the collector's edition are being printed, which will be available for purchase online at the Louis Vuitton website, Louis Vuitton stores and in selected bookstores. The Standard Edition will be available from the same locations and will also be on display at the upcoming League of Legends Worlds 2026 Fan Fest event, scheduled for November 12-14 in New York.

Select Louis Vuitton stores will also have limited edition signed editions that come with an exclusive vinyl record. Only 30 copies of this edition will be available.

While Louis Vuitton may seem a bit random from all of that, the French fashion house has actually been a constant collaborator for Riot Games and the virtual girl group.

In 2019, House served as the official presenter of the Summons Trophy for the World League Championship Series. Nicolas Ghesquière, art director of the house's women's collections, has designed a number of skins for League of Legends, and the house wore K/DA and guest artist Lexie Liu, who voiced Seraphine, during the "MORE" promo.

K/DA, a virtual pop group that debuted in 2018 with the single POP/STARS, just made their first comeback since 2020. The new project was revealed with an image posted on K/DA's social accounts, showing each member's eyes and the slogan "Start the Fire". The full project will be revealed on October 20.

Fortich has interacted with K/DA's official announcement on various social platforms, suggesting that Arcane Studios may have animated a new K/DA music video.
