More Authority Delegated to Provinces on Ministry of Science Agenda; In-Person Education Must Continue

Deputy Minister of Science, Research and Technology stressed the need to continue in-person education at universities, saying the ministry is reviewing further ways to delegate authority to provinces and welcomes proposals from provincial management working groups to make better use of local capacities.
